Ladies and gentlemen:
It’s a great honor to speak here today.
Dangers and challenges are fraught in today’s world.Human security threatened by COVID-19, poverty and war. But, Why I can stand here and make a speechsoeasily.The answer is clear.Because we are in China.Now, China is the world’s secondbiggest economy.At the same time,China has been committed to built a community with a shared future for mankind.
The Chinese civilization is one of the oldest in the world.Therefore we can draw on the wisdom of the ancients,successfully overcame thousands of troubles and built such a peaceful country that we can live.
(Kissinger once said,China is always well protected by their bravest people.)That reminds me of something,once a time,I was in line for nucleic acid.It was summer and there were no any shade.There were some unassembled shade sheds next to us which is for the people in line.A woman, after asking the management, suggested us toassemble theseshade shelters that can make people more comfortable. Soon more and more people joined to help assemble it.Allthepeople felt it was a great gesture that paved a cool road in hot summer.
This is exactly what the Chinese people are working for at present and for some time to come.
Therefore, as a foreign language major student,I can do more than study hard. I will be the bridge that communicate ideas and thoughts,spreading the wisdom of China and Sharing China stories by good communicationsto othersto understand China.
As mentioned above,in addition to benifiting the public. It is also essential to work together for the people in the world who using different language and having different cultures.This isnot onlya task but alsoa challenge for me.We will be the bond that bridge the people in the world and build the community with a shared future for mankind.I want to contribute to the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.
