　　根据四年级孩子的学情表明：他们已学了一年英语了，但随着教材难度的不断增加，很多同学的兴趣就已经不如以前了。我们学校四年级共有6个平行班，而我教了三个班：一班、二班和三班。这几个班都有其不同的特点，一班的孩子不大爱举手，积极性不高;二班的孩子积极性不错，但差生比较多;三班总体不错，但男生多，易讲话。

　　对此，我根据他们显现的不同特点以及重大版四年级英语教材编写特点，认真备好导学案。例如，针对四年级孩子的情况，我在每节课的前5分钟，我都会设计不同形式的单词复习：一班我会采取“What’smissing”的游戏形式;二班我会采用“Passingtheball”的游戏;三班我会集体唱歌的方式等进行复习。针对一班不爱举手的情况，我在课堂上就尽量鼓励他们上讲台当小老师教读、小组合作大胆上台表演等，并予以奖励，增强他们的自信心。针对二班差生多的情况，我就经常变化教学方式，多制作卡片，头饰等吸引孩子们的眼球，增强他们记忆力，提高学习效率等。

　　二、创新方法，实现“自主、合作、探究”

　　这学期一开初，就对我们作了新课改的培训，让我们在课堂上力求做到“自主、合作、探究”，针对这样的情况，就要求在小组活动上创新方法，我主要采取了以下几点方法：

　　1.建立科学的合作学习小组

　　合作学习小组的构成对合作学习的成败起到至关重要的作用，结构合理的分组是合作学习取得成功的前提。首先合作小组的人数要合理，应以4―6人为宜，人数太多不利于学生间的交流和个人才能的充分展示，人数太少也不利于学生间的互助和交流。其次，我还遵循了以下原则：

　　1)依学生特质分组。学生特质大致上可分为学习成绩、能力倾向、性格、爱好、年龄、性别等。教师可采用“组内异质，组间同质”的原则，使组内成

　　员之间存在一定的互补性，使各小组的总体水平基本一致，每个小组成为全班的缩影和截面。这样，既能增加小组合作成员的多样性，又能有利于全班各小组间开展公平的小组竞赛。

　　2)分组合理搭配优等生和学困生，如果是4人合作小组，一般以一个优等生，一个学困生和两个中等生为主要构成原则。这样，一个小组中学生的语言能力有强弱，学习成绩有高低，学习方法有异同，学习交流时可以做到相互影响，取长补短，从而增强学生的合作精神。而且这样的编排也有利于结对帮困活动的开展，减轻老师的负担。

　　3)教师要注意观察，了解学生。有些学生可能不喜欢与被分的同一组的某个同学合作，这样的话，教师要及时调整，否则会影响到整个合作学习小组的良性发挥。

　　4)教师要动态化变更小组成员，活泼合作学习的气氛。一般以5―6周调换一次或每学期换1―2次为理想。这不仅使学生有新鲜感，提高合作学习的兴趣，而且可以改变学生在小组中长期形成的地位。即有的始终处于控制地位,在小组中承担重要工作,而有的学生始终处于从属地位。给每位学生提供发展的机会。

　　2.制作形象图片。小学低年级的学生直观形象思维占主导地位，他们对形象、生动，色彩鲜艳的图片非常感兴趣。对此，我就制作大量的教学卡片来让小组进行自主合作比拼学习。比如，在小组合作中，教师刚刚教了新授的几个动物单词，然后教师就把制作的教学卡片分发给学生，让小组长当小老师，并让他们抽同学读。这样，一是培养了孩子们的团结合作意识，另一方面，真正把课堂还给了学生。

　　3.充分利用媒体资源。在小学英语教学小组合作中，同样要利用生动、形象的电化教学手段进行听、说训练，使学生产生新奇感，使学生在小组合作学习中能够集中注意力。如：在新授zoo,giraffe,tiger,panda等单词时把这些动物单词制成多媒体课件。当屏幕上出现了形象逼真的动画时，学生的注意力马上集中到了屏幕上。这时，小组就趁机学习Whatarethese?Theyare…反复几次，学生不仅掌握了单词拼读，理解了词义，还掌握了句型,取得了良好的教学效果。

　　4.适时合理的评价。对于四年级的孩子来说，小组合作中对孩子们的表扬显得至关重要，在教学时，我就采用了单词小卡片的形式作为奖励，当课上表现很好的组时，我就让他们贴sticker到自己的那一组，然后鼓励他们如果是最佳的那组时，就给他们那组盖印章。孩子们都很感兴趣，在课堂上你争我拼，充分把教学气氛搞起来了。

　　5.约定俗成的口令。多数的老师希望自己在课堂教学时不必去管理学生，让他们自己专心听讲，可老师们会时常发现，在课堂是要耗费许多时间来维持课堂秩序和纪律。所以，建立良好的课堂常规对于小组合作来讲非常重要，于是，我便制定一套贯穿整个课堂而且能朗朗上口的口令、拍手、动作歌曲或韵律诗等吸引学生注意的信号，例如，我说：“Onetwothree”，孩子们就会回答：“Seatwell”并坐好;而我说：“Seatwell”，他们就会坐好并拍手回答：“Onetwothree”等等。再有就是课堂的表扬口令“Good，good，youaregood!”“Great，great，youaregreat!”

　　6.创设情境，挖掘学生自身潜力。在小组合作中，尽量多给学生创设情境，让他们结合情境，进行拓展和探究，让知识得以延伸。

　　三、开展丰富多彩的课外活动，营造英语学习氛围

　　根据四年级学生的基本情况，仅仅依靠课上的40分钟，是远远不够的。因此，开展各种形式的课外活动是必不可少的。

　　1.要与学生约定一般情况下，在课下见到老师(尤其是我)，要使用英语来问候，进而培养他们运用英语交流的习惯。刚开始孩子们有些胆怯，可是有一两个孩子说了之后，又得到了老师的表扬，其他同学也慢慢的用英语和老师打招呼。

　　2.重大版四年级英语教材的特点是把新知与儿歌、歌曲形式呈现，而且这些歌曲很简单，孩子们很容易朗朗上口。因此，我要求孩子们每天晚上回家给自己的父母唱一首英语儿歌或者歌曲，用英语说一句话也可以。孩子们表现欲很强，不仅希望得到老师的表扬，也希望在父母面前展示自己。

　　以上只是本人在这一年在教学方面的一些做法和心得，但“灵气教育”来讲，它所覆盖和包含的内容更多，它不再只是让学生读死书，只注重学生的成绩，它现在所追求的就是要让学生从德、智、体、美、劳等方面全面发展。因此，我们的课堂不再是“填鸭”，也不再是“满堂灌”，而是我们在新课改形式下所倡导的’“自主、合作、探究”。我想，在今后的教学路上，我一定要更加努力学习，争取让我们的学生有更大的发展!谢谢!

　　英语课程标准依据语言学习的规律和不同年龄段学生生理与心理发展的需求与特点将英语课程目标按照能力水平设为九个级别，六年级结束时所应达到的级别要求为第二级。

　　二级目标的基本要求为对英语学习有持续的兴趣和爱好，能用简单的英语互致问候、交换有关个人、家庭和朋友的简单信息。能根据所学内容表演小对话或歌谣。能够在图片的帮助下听懂、读懂并讲述简单的故事。能根据图片或提示写简单的句子。在学习中乐于参与、积极合作、主动请教。乐于了解异国文化、习俗。

　　2、能听懂简单的配图小故事;

　　3、能听懂课堂活动中简单的提问;

　　1、能在口头表达中做到发音清楚、语调达意;

　　2、能就所熟悉的个人和家庭情况进行简短对话;

　　3、能运用一些最常用的日常套语(如问候、告别、致谢、致歉等);

　　4、能在教师的帮助下讲述简单的小故事。

　　1、能认读所学词语;

　　2、能根据拼读的规律，读出简单的单词;

　　3、能读懂教材中简短的要求或指令;

　　4、能看懂贺卡等所表达的简单信息;

　　5、能借助图片读懂简单的故事或小短文，并养成按意群阅读的习惯;

　　6、能正确朗读所学故事或短文。

　　1、能模仿范例写句子;

　　2、能写出简单的问候语;

　　具体到六年级上册教材，在语言知识方面，认读85个单词，学会47个核心句子和10篇话题作文，能够用简单的英语交流讨论爱好、节日、景点等话题。
